Amicalola Falls State Park and Lodge

Located in the park, The Lodge also offers 14 secluded 1, 2, or 3 bedroom cabins, ideal for a peaceful and secluded getaway. In addition to bedrooms, bathrooms, and living rooms with cable TV, each cabin is equipped with a full kitchen that includes a microwave, stove, coffee-maker, toaster, refrigerator, cookware, silverware, and dinnerware. Each cabin also has full bed and bath linens. Cabins do not have phones or Wi-Fi.

Etowah Valley Sporting Clays

From serious sport shooting enthusiasts, to families looking to have a good time, to beginners that are just learning to shoot, Etowah Valley has the right course for you. Etowah Valley Sporting Clays Park is as sportsman’s paradise, offering a 14-station sporting clays courses, trap shooting, skeet shooting, two 6-station sporting clays courses, five stand shooting and shooting lessons. Family owned farm since 1858. Fausett Farms Sunflowers is located just south of Burts Farm and Amicalola Falls in Dawson County. For 60 years the farms main business was poultry farming which ended in 2011. Now the farm offers 900,000 flowers on 30+ acres of beautiful rolling land with mountain backdrops for everyone to come out and experience God's beauty.

Bradley’s Pumpkin Patch

For 13 years, since age 5, Bradley Weaver has been learning and building a business where he is able to work in nature and share his experiences with children and youth. Bradley is proud to operate his business as a ministry and outreach to children. He offers educational field trips for church youth groups and other organizations.

The Georgia Racing hall of Fame and Museum is the official home of the Georgia Racing Hall of Fame, the Museum recognizes prominent members of Georgia's racing heritage; "Saturday Night Races" introductory theater recalls vintage drive-in; Hall of Fame offers racing sensory experience. Museum; banquet hall; guided tours by local historian available by appointment. A full service event can be scheduled for parties, receptions, banquets, riding tours.

Burt’s Pumpkin Farm

On a busy day, there are ten tractors and wagons that allow people to see fields of growing pumpkins. They also listen to a story told by Autumn and Gordy, a pair of one-of-a-kind animated pumpkins. The hayride ends on top of a mountain with a great view of Amicalola Falls and thousands of pumpkins in the farm yard. Another attraction at the farm is the many delicious baked goods that are baked onsite. The sweet smell filling the farm yard is the smell of pumpkin pie, bread and pumpkin rolls baked using family recipes handed down over the generations.

Uncle Shuck’s Corn Maze and Pumpkin Patch

Uncle Shuck's offers a unique twist to the time-honored fall trip to the pumpkin patch. This amazing Corn Maze is a fun family activity for young and old!

Bowen Center for the Arts

Have your gathering in a historic piece of Dawson County, the ‘Old Rock School.' Now known as the Historic Bowen Center for the Arts, a 5,000 square foot building that for many years was part of the Dawson County School system. The facility host monthly art shows and seasonal classes and can be altered to host your ideal event.
